You're welcome. :D Oh yea, and they're a lot of money too. It's cheaper to be wedded at the Justice of the Peace.

I like this one: "All you can take with you is that which you've given away." A quote from the character Peter Bailey in the movie It's a Wonderful Life.

It's interesting to hear how marriage operates in France. Where I come from, everyone has to apply for a marriage license at city/town hall. But, a couple doesn't have to get married at the city/town hall. If they want, they can have the marriage done in a church or whichever religious affiliations that are, I think, recognized and abide by the laws of the land. I am mainly familiar with the Catholic Church because a majority of my family's Catholic. ;) Back about 50 years ago, I had a second cousin who got married very young by the Justice of the Peace and his mom is very religious and they had a baby not long after, so I think it might have been one of those deals where they felt they 'had' to get married because back then you were ostracized by society if you were an unmarried pregnant woman. I also have an uncle who got married to my aunt about 40 years ago through the Justice of the Peace because the Pope wouldn't give my aunt an annulment from her previous marriage to a man that got another girl pregnant. So after they were legally married, they got the annulment and had a second ceremony in a church the following year... And yes, in America you pay a lot of money for church matrimony, usually...

That's funny. I bet you guys don't have a delicious cinnamon bun pancake like I had for breakfast one time. It was the best pancake I ever had.

I can totally relate, Tony57. I have often found myself thinking there's no God, but sometimes I come across some things that make me think. Like for me, I think it's wrong to kill anything. But, if there's no meaning beyond the point of which my eyes can see than why does it matter? Regardless, I think doing the best as possibly can in life is great, but I have often wondered why should I do my best? This would be when I would think there's no God...

Newbeat. I also believe humans aren't able to answer that question. But, I don't know that the question requires a whole lot of intelligence. Maybe it requires wisdom which to me is not always intelligent... But either way, I'm going to keep asking until I get answers. :D
